DIRECTIONS 
30g - 50g daily 
Directions: For best results take as a breakfast or lunch substitute along with Slimfast supplement capsule/s. Also beneficial when used  
as a snack after exercise. Add 1-3 scoops of Slimfast Weight Management Protein to half a standard glass of water. Blend using a sports shaker, whiz stick or similar. For added taste and body, blend in half a banana or some berries.
