How Does It Work? 
Fish Oil is a rich, natural source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids.  
 
Marine triglycerides are the Omega 3 fatty acids, one type of essential fatty acid.  
It is the EPA and DHA (the specific omega 3 fatty acid) that have been shown to be beneficial.
