Fenugreek is one of the world's oldest medicinal herbs with a variety of uses one of which is the support of healthy milk production and flow in breast feeding mothers. 
Fenugreek may also assist with GI problems, the reduction of elevated blood sugar levels, fever, respiratory and sinus conditions.

INGREDIENTS: 
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: 
-Fenugreek Seed 1,450mg 
(Trigonella foenum-graecum) 
 
FREE FROM: 
Yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, artificial flavours or preservatives 
 
DOSE: 
Take 1 VegeCapsule two times daily (breakfast and evening) (a third capsule maybe taken at lunch time if required).

Warning: 
-Do not take during pregnancy. 
-Do not use if taking Warfarin or other blood clotting medications. 
-May affect blood sugar levels in Diabetics, watch for signs of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels).
